At KPMG everyone brings a unique perspective – by attending one of our events you’ll hear first hand about who we are, what we do and what this means for you. You will also get the opportunity to meet and ask questions to people within the firm, ranging from current trainees to Partners, along with members of the Student Recruitment team.

Thrive – A virtual event celebrating Disability Inclusion

Join KPMG for Thrive, a welcoming and open virtual event designed to help you explore what it means to bring your full self to work.
During this event, you’ll hear stories from colleagues with disabilities, neurodiverse colleagues, or those with long-term health conditions. They'll openly discuss their unique career journeys, what life at KPMG is really like, and how they've successfully navigated their professional paths.
The definition of disability is very wide. It covers physical, sensory, neurodivergent, mental health, and long-term health conditions. If any of these definitions feel correct for you or you're curious to understand more, Thrive is for you.
