This position is for a Dynamics 365 CE + Power Platform Solution Architect who is self-motivated, experienced, and skilled, to join the KPMG Delivery Network, a part of KPMG International.

 

How you will make your mark

 

The Solution Architect will be expected to:
• Possess expertise in D365 CE, Power platform, and Azure services.
• Have an outstanding understanding of D365 CE capabilities, especially Sales, Services, Marketing, and Field Services.
• Stay updated with the product roadmap and future releases of D365 Customer Engagement.
• Be capable of crafting solution architecture and blueprints that cater to client needs.
• Lead the pre-sales of D365 CE+ Power platform, including RFP response, solution approach, estimation, and scope definition.
• Plan, design, and lead client workshops during pre-sales for scoping and/or project initiations.
• Provide best practices on Solution Architecture, Estimates, Scoping, and deal structuring, and contribute to a compelling solution proposal.
• Offer guidance and expert advice on all aspects of the relevant workstream of implementation.
• Conceptualize, design, and create D365 CE Power platform offerings/pitch decks and share them within the network.
• Collaborate with Regional Leads to assist them in various marketing and awareness initiatives.
• Work closely with Microsoft alliance and Microsoft engineering/Fast track teams to build productive relationships and amplify impact.
• Lead the design and configuration of sector-specific templates to enhance the out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionality, providing KPMG with a unique selling point and resalable/reusable assets.
• Lead client kick-off for newly won opportunities and ensure a smooth transition to delivery teams.
• Exhibit excellent cross-boundary collaboration by building a strong network and relationship within the KPMG global network.
• Ensure that our pre-sales engagements are delivered with the same rigor and attention to detail as our client engagements.
• Identify training needs within the team and provide coaching to other team members.
• Meet and exceed customer expectations in terms of business knowledge, skills, and behaviour.
• Identify business/project risks during the pre-sales cycle and include mitigation strategies to de-risk.
• Show operational discipline and rigor in managing and updating the pipeline with relevant and up-to-date information.
• Identify opportunities for asset and innovation development that could lead to a market differentiator.
• Perform additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by the Global Practice Lead.
• Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training in all activities.
• Represent KPMG in a professional and positive manner at all times.

 

This job is for you if you have 


• Over extensive experience in presales and delivery of D365 CE+ Power Platform engagements for international clients.
• Full project life cycle experiences involving Scoping, Estimation, Architecture, Design, Customizations, Testing, and Deployment.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365’s functional capabilities and best practices, with relevant certification.
• Experience with leading ISVs by industry that can be part of the overall solution on D365 CE.
• Exceptional knowledge of all CE core concepts and processes including Sales, Marketing, Services, and Industry clouds.
• Good understanding of Azure, Cloud technologies, Dynamics 365 Co-Pilot, integration tools and technologies, Power Platform technologies, and automated testing tools such as RSAT, Easy Repro.
• Broad understanding of the software development lifecycle, including development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning, and early live support.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ideally, a degree level education, Masters preferred.
• Years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services/consulting firm or Product company.
• Exposure to presales activities and client-facing demos.
• Experience in conducting functional interviews and quickly transforming them into a compelling POC.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Experience operating in Shared Services or nearshore teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with clarity.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills. Additional fluency in Dutch, French, German, or Italian is preferred.


Required Certifications: 
PL-600 (Must), MB 220, MB -230, MB-240, MB 260 (Must), MB -910, AZ-204, and AZ-900.

Preferred Accreditation:
Should be a current or past MVP (Microsoft most Valuable Professional)
