Why Join KPMG as a Assistant Manager in Global Immigration

As engagements grow and new opportunities arise we are constantly looking for an Assistant manager and advisors to join our global immigration team in London. Our team is a strategic partner for many multinational companies and supports clients with topics related to their globally mobile employees – whether focusing on assignment management, remote work and  immigration.

Our client accounts are very large and still growing strongly and we need a Global Immigration professionals to support our clients in strategic mobility discussions and our client teams in immigration substance issues as well as project management.

 

What will you be doing?

 

  • Immigration services to our clients’ employees
  • Advisory services and coordination of global assignments
  • Vendor management and close collaboration with the KPMG network globally
  • Participation to the development of our service offering and sales

 

What will you need to do it?

 

  • Higher education degree
  • Previous experience in global immigration from working as an in-house global mobility person, HR employee, a global mobility professional in a consulting firm or experience from working with a relevant public authority.
  • Knowledge on immigration, cross-border employee relocation as well as intercultural trainings are seen as an advantage.

 

Skills we’d love to see/Amazing Extras:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills; able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities and deadlines
  • Fluent communication skills in English are needed for this role. Knowledge of other languages are seen as an advantage.
