This team is pivotal in shaping best practices and creating meaningful career opportunities for ER professionals.
What will you be doing?
Reporting to the ER Manager, you will manage a diverse ER caseload, supporting and coaching business leaders on complex issues, including:
- Providing expert ER guidance on policies, best practices, and risk mitigation
- Leading on consultations, restructures, redundancies, and TUPE
- Managing sickness absence cases, including OH referrals and dismissals
- Acting as a stakeholder in grievance and disciplinary cases, ensuring fair outcomes
- Overseeing appeal processes and Settlement Agreements
- Managing Death in Service cases, ensuring stakeholder coordination and support
What will you need?
- ER experience with strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coach, develop, and communicate effectively at all levels
- Experience handling complex, sensitive cases and driving service excellence
- CIPD qualification or relevant experience preferred
