As a Data Integration Delivery Lead, you will oversee the successful delivery of complex data projects, focusing on integration and governance solutions. While Informatica expertise is an asset, the role also values broader delivery and data management skills. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to drive results, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
What will you be doing ?
Leading the delivery of data integration and data management projects with a focus on Informatica-based solutions.
Collaborating with sales teams to support business development, provide delivery expertise, and contribute to client proposals.
Managing stakeholder relationships across the Middle East, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
Overseeing project teams, ensuring effective communication, and driving high-quality execution.
Supporting clients in defining delivery roadmaps for data integration, quality, and governance solutions.
Monitoring project performance and proactively addressing risks or issues to ensure successful outcomes.
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in data integration, governance, and Informatica technologies.
Contributing to thought leadership initiatives such as whitepapers, case studies, or industry presentations.
What will you need to do it?
Proven experience in delivering data integration or data management projects, with familiarity in Informatica or similar platforms.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with senior clients and technical teams.
Familiarity with the Energy, Natural Resources, and Renewables (ENR) sector, ideally with experience in the Middle East market.
Ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and meet delivery milestones for complex projects.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to the Middle East.
Skills we’d love to see/Amazing Extras:
Experience in managing large-scale data initiatives in professional services or consultancy environments.
Hands-on expertise with Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud, or similar platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of data governance principles or certifications (e.g., DAMA).
Experience in dimensional data modelling using tools like ERWIN or ERStudio.
Certification in Informatica products or equivalent technical knowledge.
