Need support? Let us know

We are here to support you should you require any help, advice or adjustments

We don’t want anything to stand in the way of you having a positive experience during our application process. We are here to support you should you require any help, advice, or adjustments.

At KPMG, we recognise that we need Inclusion, Diversity and Equity to be successful. We want to attract, retain and develop diverse talent. This means recruiting from the widest possible pool of talent, removing barriers that can prevent our people from reaching their full potential, and fostering a fully inclusive environment which maximises collaboration and empowers everyone at KPMG to come as they are and thrive in the workplace.

Each applicant is unique, and we encourage you to speak to us to talk through your specific requirements. There is a section in the application form for you to tell us about any adjustments you may need because of a disability or long-term condition. We also ask you to let us know if you require any adjustments before each stage of the assessment process.

Here are just some of the adjustments we have made to our recruitment process in the past. (If your need isn’t listed here that doesn’t mean it isn’t something we can make adjustments for, so please do get in touch with us).

Examples of reasons why candidates have needed support in the application process, include but are not limited to:

Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, visual impairment, hearing impairment, physical disability, extenuating circumstances, stammer, stutter, anxiety, and depression.

Examples of adjustments we have made for candidates include but are not limited to:

Extra time, larger fonts, coloured backgrounds for screens or print, increased volume during presentations, pre assessment chat regarding the running of the assessment.

To speak to a member of our team regarding adjustments you may require due to a disability or long-term condition please call 0800 328 5764 or email us apprenticeships@kpmg.co.uk.
