Nick Roome, Head of KPMG Law, KPMG in the UK
"Our clients are becoming increasingly sophisticated and agile when it comes to addressing their legal needs. We are seeing a growing trend towards clients disaggregating their legal requirements, coupled with a willingness to become more creative about how to tackle the component parts. Flexible legal resourcing models are becoming an increasingly important option for clients. KPMG are proud to offer a flexible lawyering service alongside our other innovative and differentiated legal services offerings. We aim to offer great value and service and also, importantly, to give our clients and lawyers the peace of mind of an exclusively PAYE legal contractor model to remove IR35 risk."
