Graduates on our Customer programme work with KPMG clients to help them gain a better understanding of their customers and employees and transform the way they connect with these groups. You’ll develop insights and design seamless experiences that grow customer loyalty, and empower sustainable transformational change that help our clients’ businesses to grow.
You’ll be given the chance to gain experiences across a range of our teams:
- Connected Front Office – Working across Marketing, Sales and Service to radically improve the customer experience organisations offer, the efficiency with which it’s delivered and how organisations need to connect up across their departments.
- Powered Customer – This is all about how we can instil value within organisations by implementing large scale technology platforms, such as Customer Relationship Management platforms from Salesforce and Microsoft.
- Connected Insight – Ensuring that business decision-making is driven by the needs and motivations of organisations’ customers, through data and research driven insights.
- Connected Enterprise – This is about digital transformation across an organisation, and how we help to digitally connect every decision to customers.
On this programme you will receive the training needed to develop your core consulting skills and get exposure to some of the most well-known and largest organisations in the world.
