Our People Consulting Graduate programme gives you the experience and core consulting skills you need to get your career off to a flying start. You'll build your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver real value to our clients straight away. On this programme, you will also work closely with teams across Consulting to gain exposure across a range of disciplines – offering a holistic insight into KPMG.
Working with some of the most well-known and largest organisations in the world, you will enhance businesses across a broad range of sectors, helping us transform the performance of organisations by learning and focusing on client requirements. You can expect to be working with clients in a variety of areas focused on People-Centric Transformation: realising value from transformations through our clients’ people; shaping their future workforce and reskilling them to be fit for the future, while managing change across the enterprise and measuring ROI. This draws on our four propositions:
- Workforce – Planning and Analytics, Organisation Design, Talent Management, Performance Management, Digital Labour and Robotics, Employee Experience.
- Learning – Strategy, Learning Transformation, Learning Content Design, Development and Management, Learning Technology, Learning Managed Services.
- HR – Strategy and Vision, HR Operating Model, HR Digitisation and Technology, Powered HR.
- Change – Leadership, Behavioural Change Management, Culture and Engagement, Behavioural Science, enterprise-wide change.
Our firm’s hybrid working model balances the flexibility of working from home with the importance of collaborating and learning in offices or at client sites. We trust our people to be where our clients need them to be, with our client-facing colleagues working together in person as often as needed. You’ll be empowered by the technology that supports us to work flexibly and our collaborative offices spaces, building friendships and shared experiences, innovating and learning together.
Join us and be part of an inclusive team that’s supportive of individual wellbeing and embraces diversity – and the meaningful difference this has for our people, our firm, our clients and our communities. If you’re curious, resilient and agile you could thrive with us.
