International Women's Day 2023
Celebrating International Women’s Day 2023
#EmbraceEquity
Wednesday 8 March 2023 is International Women's Day, a global day that celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women.
There are two themes this year which we will be celebrating across the firm:
#EmbraceEquity focusing on the need for gender equity and the UN Women IWD 2023 theme, DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality.
It is KPMG’s ambition to be a magnet for talent, regardless of gender, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion or socio-economic background. We look for talent everywhere - supporting all our people to fulfil their potential with rewarding, resilient and globally connected careers.
How are we bringing International Women’s Day to life at KPMG in the UK?
This International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating across the week through a range of engaging activities and events. Our flagship event is on Thursday 9 March 12.30 - 13.30, will be hosted by Laura Bates – a best-selling author and the founder of the Everyday Sexism Project, a global collection of testimonies to catalogue instances of sexism experienced on a day-to-day basis. We are also inviting colleague speakers including Partners Rachel Hopcroft and Sarah Dal Pozzo to share their experiences.
Now open!
KPMG’s 2023 Women in Deal Advisory and Women in Technology & Engineering insight programmes are now open for first-year (or second year in a four year course) university students.
