Neurodiversity
Encouraging all our people to come as they are
At KPMG we’re continually looking for ways to break down barriers and support all our people to thrive with us. We promote individuality and celebrate the unique set of skills and strengths that each of our colleagues brings to our business, with the aim of creating an environment that will nurture personal and professional development for all.
To provide better support and safe, open environments to colleagues with a range of conditions, we’ve created a Neurodiversity community within our colleague Workability network, focused on providing a platform to learn, develop and connect with other colleagues.
Across our business we have many neurodivergent colleagues and we’re working with them to amplify their voices, building awareness and advocacy whilst addressing some of the common misconceptions and stereotypes that neurodivergent people face.
