Neurodiversity Celebration Week

At KPMG we’re continually looking for ways to break down barriers and support all our people to thrive with us. We promote individuality and celebrate the unique set of skills and strengths that each of our colleagues brings to our business, with the aim of creating an environment that will nurture personal and professional development for all. Across our business we have many neurodivergent colleagues, and this Neurodiversity Celebration Week (13-19 March 2023), we’re working with them to amplify their voices, build awareness and advocacy whilst addressing some of the common misconceptions and stereotypes that neurodivergent people face.

Our active Neurodiversity Committee will be hosting a series of internal events to recognise and celebrate the talents of the growing neurodiverse community at KPMG. Throughout the week, colleagues will have the opportunity to participate in Q&A sessions and share their experiences creating a platform for networking and education.
