Return to Work
Audit programme
Our Return to Work - Audit programme is about finding diverse, talented professionals with the fresh perspectives that come from taking some time out.
We know it’s not easy to get back into work after an extended break, so we’ll support you every step of the way. Expect real flexibility along with the mentoring and training you need to find your feet.
When we say we offer flexibility, we really do mean it. All of these roles are internally-focused and designed to help you balance work with your commitments outside it. You can choose to work three or four days a week (one of those days can be remote); or you can opt for a shorter working day, from 9.30am to 2.30pm.
You’ll be on a fixed-term, annualised day's contract. To start with, you'll spend a month training before undertaking a mix of training and shadowing in the second month. At the end of the year, if you've enjoyed your experience and made a success of the role, you'll be encouraged to apply for a permanent position with us.
We’re looking for ACCA or ACA-qualified people who've worked in Audit in the last 6 years and who share our passion for delivering exceptional levels of quality.
Our Return to Work programmes are currently on pause whilst we assess requirements across the business.
In the meantime, find out more below or search and apply for current vacancies.
