Everything kicks off with a cross-capability induction – an immersive five-day experience designed to deepen your capability and confidence to successfully transition to the world of work. You’ll discover how you can make your mark at KPMG.
After your induction, you can access a rich learning curriculum and wider opportunities. You will develop your skills, learn about technology, and create opportunities for yourself and others. Before long, you will also expand your professional network and feel a sense of belonging, with the KPMG community at your side.
Our Early Careers Development (ECD) Team will promote skills-based activities, encourage you to develop formal and informal learning plans and provide access to training courses and workshops. You will also have the chance to engage with our mentorship programmes and student community and networking opportunities. And if you’re looking to gain professional qualifications at KMPG, we work in partnership with tuition providers and awarding bodies to help make it happen.
