Our People & Culture Read some of our peoples' storiesGetting back to work shouldn’t feel like hard work
We take on diverse challenges for diverse clients. It’s one of the reasons why we’re so passionate about attracting and supporting people from all walks of life – individuals with a breadth of skills and experiences.
Our Return to Work programmes are a big part of that. We recognise that people who are looking to take on a new challenge after an extended career break have a huge amount to offer. We can help you to build on all the skills and experiences you gained before your break, and we'll welcome those you've gained during it.
Not only that, but through our Intelligent Working initiative we’ll work with you to find a pattern that fits around your other commitments. You could choose to do part-time hours, for example, and we always try to accommodate remote-working.
We’ll help to make it a smooth transition in other ways too. We offer extensive mentoring and coaching which will help you to refresh your technical skills and move forward with confidence. We’re incredibly collaborative so you’ll have a network of supportive colleagues across the firm. You could also choose to join one of our Employee Networks. They help to make this a genuinely inclusive environment where everyone feels valued for who they are as well as for what they do.
Our Return to Work programmes are currently on pause whilst we assess requirements across the business.
In the meantime, find out more below or search and apply for current vacancies.
