Audit is the largest of our UK practices. Put simply, audit is about examining organisations and ensuring their published accounts provide a ‘true and fair’ view of their financial position and results. The work we do makes a meaningful difference to businesses and communities. It is critical to the everyday working of society, helps build trust in the economy and supports companies as they grow.
This programme is aimed primarily at students who have a disability or long term condition, seeking an insight into a career in Audit. Disability covers a broad range of conditions, both visible and non-visible, including some which people may not automatically regard as disabilities. Some of the conditions covered under this definition include autism spectrum conditions, ADHD, cancer, cerebral palsy, depression, diabetes, dyslexia, dyspraxia, hearing impairments, HIV, IBS, limb loss, lupus, ME, MS, spinal column injury, stroke and visual impairments.
During your Insight experience, you’ll have the chance to meet inspirational people from our diverse Audit teams and explore our variety of career opportunities available. Over three days you'll network with our colleagues, learn more about what we do and the meaningful difference we make to businesses and the communities we serve.
The programme will be offered to students with a disability or long term health condition who are in their first year of study on a three year programme or in their second year of study on a four year programme. Whilst on the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to take an assessment, and if successful, you could secure a position on one of our 2025 Audit vacation programmes, which may lead to a potential 2026 graduate offer.
Join us and discover a world of exciting career opportunities.
